Help with programming Toronto EMS for a BCD 536HP

How are you guys?

I have mastered how to program my BCD 996P2 with Proscan and Freescan. But I'm trying to program a simple EMS dispatch to my friends BCD 536HP and having trouble using the Sentinel software.

Can anyone give me a step by step please? It would be appreciated. It's been 2 days of trying to no avail.

I just need the automated North East West South EMS automated dispatch, 4 in total. Please, someone help.

I have a Toronto .hpd (arc536) file. It has TFD and Toronto EMS in it. I can send you a copy. There are tools to import the .hpd into Sentinel

Yes please. I would appreciate that! Also maybe some steps to import the file.
I only have access to the Sentinel software BTW

here is the Toronto file. I set it up for scanning off the west site and scanning only the EMS. The file has all four sites and the Police and Fire TG as well.
