ProScan: Help with Proscan Server Not Responding Issues

Hi all.

I am in the UK and have just purchased a SDS200E and Proscan

I’ll try to explain issue I have with Proscan.
I have connected the radio using the LAN port to a Sky Hub SR203 router & set up port forwarding using the SDS200 IP address and set the port to 5000,
When I launch Proscan it connects to the virtual display and all looks good so far at this point I have tried entering booth the PC IP address using the (Get my IP) also tried changing the last set of numbers to that of the SDS200 IP.
When I start the Prosan Client I can see my radio listed but when I try to connect after a few seconds it times out and get the following message, Client stopped (server Not Responding Code 1)
I have run out of ideas I have tried rebooting the router changed the port number checked the firewall setting.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated
