BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Help with scanning a favorites list on a BCD436HP

I built a favorites list in Sentinel and wrote to scanner. I find the favorite list on scanner but it will not scan. Can someone give me some ideas of what I may have forgotten to do so it will scan the newly added list.

Did you select "Download" and "Monitor"?

Also check the Service Types of interest.

Did you program a number tag and quick key to the list?

If you are using Location control, be sure that you have entered your correct location as well as your range of choice. And as noted, check that the list is set both to download & be monitored by the scanner.

Number Tags will never prevent scanning. Yes, Quick Keys will.

Please post the Radioreference database link(s) containing the frequencies or system(s) you're trying to scan, also what specific agencies? This info would be helpful to rule out other possibilities in addition to what has been mentioned above (encryption, simulcast distortion, etc) which may hinder scanning efforts
