"no frequency data found" . Do I just unzip and paste the linked CSV file into the DSD+ folder or copy it to some other file location. I have my spectrum tuned to a control channel and getting audio but no traffic. I'm thinking the server not listening is the culprit. Single dongle RSP1A on windows. I've read and reread the notes to no solution. I have the Canada listing unzipped to a folder on my desktop. I'm definitely missing something logical here.

Just began using DSD+ Fastlane with update (DSD+ 2.368) installed.. Single RSP1A dongle. I run the 1R.bat file to start DSD+ and then run the FMPP-CC.bat file. I've downloaded this CSV file from the main website and unzipped it to my desktop. https://www.dsdplus.com/dsdplusuploads/FastLane/Canada.zip
I'm using Windows 10. The server issue has me stumped. I also get the prompt 0 frequency data files found, 0 groups etc. I'm a rookie at this. I can do SDRuno decently. Clicking the CSV file opens it in SDRuno. I can fix this by changing the default file association if need be but I'm not sure it would solve the important issues. Google and DDG has failed me thus far.

I can't help you with the ZIP file, I wouldn't know how to use it. I assume it goes into the scanlist

You need to read over notes.txt as it will help you configure DSDPlus.

Code:
The FMPP program is used with SDRPlay RSP2s. Your RSP2 serial number(s) should be added
    to the FMPP.cfg file.

    Single-dongle monitoring:

To use a single device, run the 1R.bat file to start DSD+,
then run the appropriate batch file for your device:

      DVB-T dongle: FMP24-CC.bat

      Airspy: FMPA-CC.bat

      SDRPLay: FMPP-CC.bat

The -o in your FMPP batch file (right click and edit should open with notepad) should match the -i in your 1R batch file (-o20001 in FMPP and -i20001 in 1r.bat)

The frequency data files and groups, radios etc will need to be populated by you when you identify them (or source them from the internet). The zip file you provided earlier doesn't appear to contain any valid frequency info for DSDPlus, so it might be for use in the .scanlist (you will have to search this, I don't use scanlists).

The frequency and group files end in .FREQUENCIES and .GROUPS - all of these files contain some demonstration data to show how they are filled out.

If you get stuck, notes.txt fmp.txt and trunking.txt will help you

you copy the contents of the Canada text file and paste it in to the FreqList.csv that is in your dsdplus folder, it then show the info on your fmp24 cc windowScreenshot (175).png

1r batch file shows: DSDPlus -r1 -T -E -Pwav -i20001 >>1R-log.txt
FMPP-CC batch file shows: FMPP -rc -i1 -o20001 -f935.0

Am I missing a correct -o?

I suspect I missed something in one of the txt files.

what are you audio outputs when you run the 1r.bat ?

when I first start the FMPP-CC bat file, i find i have too use j/J to move the lna to get a signal

when you run the 1r bat file left click it's cmd window, what are your audio options?, which one did it choose by default? right click it to get it running again

No frequency data found suggests that you're tuned to a control channel and it's being decoded, so it doesn't sound like you have a server not listening issue. You probably just started DSD+ before you had the server (FMPP) running.

The problem is that you're monitoring a trunking system and you haven't defined any channel number to RF frequency relationships. Those go in the DSDPlus.frequencies file. It wouldn't hurt if you told us what system you're trying to monitor.

The CSV files have nothing to do with this. They only provide licensee and location information.

Ok. So I'm going to learn how to define a channel number to RF freq relationship. I can do that. Also you are correct about running DSD+ ahead of running the FMPP running. I'll correct my error. AFAIK I'm trying to monitor a LTR system. My scanner, a PRO 528 will receive traffic on the system properly after I manually programmed it. SDR is a new animal to me. I'm an old ham learning the future...lol

If it's really an LTR system DSD+ won't follow/decode it. True LTR is not digital, it's analog. (Digital Speech Decoder=DSD)
It's looking for digital signals to decode such as P25/DMR/NXDN ect.

How could I not see this‽ Thank you for the reminder. Now I need to find a mirror and have a good laugh at myself.
