Help with setup!

Hi I have bought a BCD996P2 and I imported from RR to Freescan and I am picking up certain TGID's but not all .... such Plain, Jackson and some Canton?

Because a lot of the talk groups are encrypted

Canton PD. Louisville PD, East Canton PD, and a few SO tactical talkgroups are the only encrypted ones on the system. A very small percentage.

Canton PD, Louisville PD and E. Canton Crooks / PD are encrypted for sure.

Jackson Twp. is very busy and in the clear. You should be hearing lots of activity from them.

Thanks everyone! Worked out the quirks but the only thing I am not hearing is North Canton FD. I hear their tones & calls go out on 453.58750 but do not hear any talking between units?? Any reason for this?

How do you have North Canton FD setup? I am receiving tone outs on their conventional frequency but I cannot hear talkground? How do you have this setup to hear them talking back to each other?
