Unitrunker contains a list of scanners that can be controlled via a data cable. Check out the info page on the Unitrunker site or on RR.
I have used a BC245XLT and it works fine with Unitrunker.

I used two bct-8's with a discriminator audio tap on them and use dsd to decode provoice. No scanner out of the box will do it.
