Help with these Freqs

Can someone tell me what kind of trunking system this is? I been trying to program and listen to this on my pro-2051 and no luck. I work for the hospital and the radio communications is suppose to be on this trunk system. Here is the link

I'm in Quincy, IL Adams County here is the info of what I'm trying to trunk track.

SMR, 806-821/851-866 MHz, Trunked License - WNMI958 - QUINCY 2 WAY COMMUNICATIONS

what kind of trunking is this? I'm trying to set up my Pro 2051 to listen to these.
I was trying Motorola Type II but no luck but I could be doing something wrong. I'm new at this trunking. Any help appreciated.
