Help with upload favourites list

I just got my new 436, and I am super impressed. I am hitting my head against the wall trying to figure out how to upload my favourites list from the sentinel software to the scanner?

When I click the upload to scanner button, I get my profile name coming up with a blank screen, Write option, Erase favourites list on scanner etc....OK is greyed out, what do I need to do..

Your scanner is not connected in mass storage mode. Turn it off then back on, when prompted, select mass storage. It should then show up as a drive on your computer.
