hi im new to scanning and i purchased a bct15. as of right now this over my head. i understand it in general but i am not able to program it. can someone steer me in the right direction. do i need some sort if software or can i program it by hand. where do i start? thanks for the help!

Since you have the premium subscription I would download a copy of ARC15 from BuTel use the trial to get yourself up and running, If your lucky your computer will have a serial port so you can use the cable directly. If not get a USB to serial adapter.
