ok, maybe i'm dumb, and being its 2:43 am isn't helping
but, need someone to walk me thru in layman's terms, how to get the information from this site, to my BC tool program, so i can load the scanner

Click on Tools, Radio Reference, Enter Name and Password for Radio Reference. Then repeat but select Import System. Pick your country, state, and county. Then select the systems/groups of frequencies you want, click import, and the systems/group will be in your list. Repeat as many times as you need to get all systems/groups you want.

You know the old saying: If you can say anything nice, then don't say anything. Same principle applies if you have no clue.
