help!!!!

I just purchased a RadioShack pro2096 scanner. I recieved a list of frequencies of the local area that I programed in. When I scan these frequencies, the local police frequency does not scan but I can get it when I have that freq in the mannual mode.I checked to make sure that it was NOT locked out or blocked. Even the folks at the RadioShack store could not help me. Any Ideas? All of the freqs are in the 155.00 range except for the police which is 460.0250.
Any help would be appreciated very much.

Check the attinuator (ATT) setting, it may be set to on. If so set it to off. I used to have a pro 2096 but not anymore so I can't tell you exactly how to do it. I'm sure it's in the manual. I hope this helps.
