Program the site(s) closest to you as a Motorola 800 MHz trunked system, then program the talkgroups you want to listen to. SAFE-T is a statewide trunked Motorola Smartzone Omnilink network, not standalone conventional channels at each post as was the case with low band.

If you have a Pro-2033 then you're missing the whole 800MHz spectrum which means you won't hear the SAFE-T system. Even if you could, yours is a conventional scanner and won't trunk track. The coverage on your scanner stops at 512 MHz. You will need a newer digital trunk tracking scanner in order to listen to SAFE-T correctly.

The ISP talkgroups on SAFE-T are mostly digital. You will need a digital scanner to decode these transmissions.

The INDOT and Mutual Aid talkgroups are analog, that's why you are able to listen to them with your scanner.
