winn 500 says i need to post this here on rr forum to be able to utilize the software h

Start that entire question over - and proofread before posting. That makes no sense.

Are you asking about importing data into Win500? If so - you need to be a RR subscriber first.

i am a RR subscriber and a winn 500 subscriber when i try to transfer data on winn 500 it says it cant find the RR url and told me to post that address on a RR forum so it can be fixed in the database

Sounds like you may be using an older version. There was a change a couple months or so ago, and another in the last few weeks. Download & install the latest version of WIN500, which is 1.91.
