I live in LaSalle County and i have a Uniden Bearcat BCD996T Scanner. Well i quess LaSalle County Sheriff's Department is on a trunked frequency i need to know the all the information frequecies trunking sytem and all to program this

LaSalle Co is part of the "Clear Talk Trunk System, the CC's are-859.8375, 860.8375, 859.8875, 860.8375...There IDTG is Sherrif- 21040, HWY Dept-10928...There are many other business people also on with them...I can hear them here in Joliet using a outside antenna....

The local towers can be programmed as "Sites" in the 996, for LaSalle I would be sure to put in Sites 7 (Deer Park) and 8 (Kewanee), you might also want 11 (Bradley), 12 (Pontiac) 15 (Bloomington) and 17 (Princeton) if you can hear them.

The freqs and other info is available from the Radio Reference database or from the CARMA Profile at CARMA Profiles.

If you become a paid member of RadioReference and have ARC996, FreeScan or other compatible program you can then program in the system directly without needing to find the freqs etc. RR already has all the info you need.
