Hi all,
I have a question about something I heard on Pro2096. Yesterday I was on LA. County Fire frequency and they were running a drill in 119 area and they put a frequency plan and one of the frequency they were going to used was CDF Tac-3 Tone 2. I know what CDF Tac-3 is but don’t know what they mean by Tone 2. Can anyone help me with this I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

See page 4 of the document. The "Tone" is the repeater input tone that the units are to program for when they transmit on the radio. It is for radios with user selectable tones, or if the radio channels are already programmed for the same receive and transmit frequencies, but variable transmit pL tone.
