i have a new pro 197 and i used win 500 to program it to shiawasee,clinton and ingham countys in mi.
it all went in but it scans buut i only get two ems channels it is hooked to a rs outdoor antena about 20 feet in air. i dont know what to do to get it working right as i even put in mi.state police and fed channels
