Is there anyone in the Charlotte area that can give hands on help with programming my BCD 436 HP?
I have put in my zip code and can monitor and hear transmissions from all around the area. I really just want to listen to CMPD, Charlotte Fire, and EMS. I have looked at YouTube, and read other manuals.

I don't monitor Charlotte as I am too far NW, but I would suggest reading through this thread if you have not already. It seems to have good information in it as far as the system itself and you may be able to garner enough info to be able to program it in.
