I paid for the Premium package and I thought that gave you software programming. Did I misunderstand that I would have to then pay another site to actually download programming software? I'm trying to find out how to get my Uniden TrunkTracker BCD996P2 programmed. Thank you in advance for setting me on the right path.

You can download FREESCAN app which is freeware and permit you to download data to the software, which in turn can be uploaded to your 996 p2.
