I am beyond frustrated. I've got a new TL-SDR Blog v.4 plugged into the USB hub the of a Microsoft Surface tablet. I'm running SDR# dotnet8, have virtual audio cable, running the latest version of DSD Plus via Fastlane. but I am completely lost from here. I've download all the DLLs, finally got the base test to pass. For the life of me I cannot figure out what to do next. I'm in Putnam County, TN (Putnam County, Tennessee (TN) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference) trying to follow SO, PD, Fire and EMS. and TACN in either VHR or UHF. I can hear basic broadcast FM so I know my SDR and SDR# are setup. I've done the zagdag install and everything else I can think of.

What am I missing? What and I doing wrong?

There is no need for virtual cable if you have DSDPlus FastLane.

I know my SDR and SDR# are setup.

There is no need to use sdr# with FastLane. Use Fmp24.exe.

When I try to run DSD Fastlane it says I am missing a file. The file I am missging is " libfftw3f-3.dll NOT FOUND"
How can I fix this?

Run dsdpus.exe, in the window, misc tab, download newest base files. Extract the DSDPlusBaseFiles.zip in your fastlane folder, open the DSDPlusBaseFiles folder, open the DLL's folder, copy and paste the files into your dsdplusfastlane folder
