SETTING UP VOLUME
Push up or down on the Multi (Joy Stick) Button to change volume.
SETTING UP SQUELCH
While pushing SQL button, turn tuning knob to select AUTO or manual level 1 to 9.
RECEIVE MODE
Push MODE button to toggle between AM, FM & WFM.
MEMORY BANK SELECTION
Push V/M button to select memory mode.
Rotate tuning knob while pushing FUNC button to select bank A to H.
FULL/BAND/PROGRAM SCAN
Push V/M button to select vfo mode.
Push & hold left or right Multi (Joy Stick) Button to select program, band or all full scan.
MEMORY BANK SCAN
Push V/M button to select MEMORY mode.
Push & hold left or right Multi (Joy Stick) Button to select band or all.
SKIP CHANNEL SETTING
Push V/M button to select MEMORY mode.
Push SKIP button while holding the FUNC button to select SKIP with a triangle or push again for program skip with a P before the triangle.
SETTING A FREQUENCY
Select band in vfo mode by pushing the left or right Multi (Joy Stick) Button.
Turn tuning dial to change frequency by the selected tuning step.
Pushing the left or right Multi (Joy Stick) Button while holding the FUNC button to change between fast tuning steps 100 kHZ, 1 MHz or 10 MHz.
CHANGING TUNING STEPS
Select band in vfo mode by pushing the left or right Multi (Joy Stick) Button.
While pushing the MODE button, select tuning step by turning the tuning knob to select 5 kHz to 100 kHz.
