Henrico Regional New Talkgroup help needed

Talkgroup 37168 appears to be a police or security for a college, but which one I don't know, The first talkgroup lower is a Richmond "GG 11", the next highest known TGRP is a RAA Tac Channel, Any ideas on this?

They're using 400 series unit numbers, dispatch is "radio"
