Henry Co. Fire & EMS and Napoleon Fire & EMS New MARCS-IP Frequencies

It was brought to my attention that Henry County Ohio Fire & EMS and Napoleon Fire & EMS have recently switched from their Northwest Ohio Regional Public Safety System (NORPSS) frequencies to the Ohio MARCS-IP frequencies.

I did a search on Radio Reference and noticed those new frequencies and talk groups are not yet listed.

Does anyone have those frequencies and talk groups for those agencies?

The tower site information for Henry County is already in the database. Why not use the search function on your scanner to locate the talkgroups?

I've been searching myself and located 23711 as county fire/rescue and 23928 as county fire ops1 as well.
I've also found 23856 as a county fire/rescue too.

I have yet to hear any Napoleon City Fire/EMS yet.

I just bought a Uniden Bearcat SR30C portable..I put in all of Henry Counties frequencies and I get all static...I'm hearing about this MARCS system and wonder if I can get it on my scanner? Any help?

You won’t be able to get Marcs on the SR30C as it is an analog only scanner. You’ll need a digital scanner for Marcs.

BUT - ( To the best of my knowledge ) These are all the frequencies and TGID's and they are as follows:

Frequency - 771.00625

Henry County Fire/EMS TGID = 23583
Napoleon Fire/EMS TGID = 23711

County and City BOTH use these OPS TGID's.

OPS 1 - 23928
OPS 2 - 23856
OPS 3 - 23941
OPS 4 - 23761
OPS 5 - 23930

Fire Event TGID - 23591

Henry County Hospital - 59766

If you find any of these are incorrect, please advise me so I can correct it.

I have heard fire and EMS dispatches on 23711 for both Ridgeville Corners and Malinta, in addition to Napoleon.

So far I haven't heard anything on 23583.
