Hernando Police/Fire Frequencies

I'm somewhat new at this, so could someone please help me find frequencies to monitor the City of Hernando, MS Police and Fire departments? Radio reference does not provide any frequency information for the City Police/Fire in Hernando.

Most likely on MSWIN with the rest of Desoto County. Perhaps they may have not been identified yet?

DeSoto County is fully MSWIN, and is 99% full time encrypted. Southhaven PD is half/half. One side is clear, other is fully encrypted. Memphis Meth and redneck radio streaming killed them from day one on the MSWIN. Hernando City TG's are not known, but you can infer them easily enough. Just monitor the MSWIN for UNKNOWN ENCRYPTED TGS in the DeSoto County Ranges.

Thanks, guess I’m out of luck on that. Just bought a whistler 1040 and it only covers Phase 1 of MSWIN. I can’t hear any public service channels.
