Hi all,
I'm trying to find the Hewlett FD frequency and I have used everything that was stated here on RR and haven't ever heard them. I was wondering if anyone knows anything else, or if they went P25 or something.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

The UHF channel listed is simply a crossband of 46.10 it’s so their tones go over UHF And lowband. Their operations are solely on lowband

It was reported in 2017 on another site that they were not on 46.10 / 46.20 any longer at that time.

Try 460.525 DPL 423 and 453.875

And from the database,

Did you try any of the others posted above? I take it you only have a Motorola HT1250LS since most of your posts are in the Motorola forum. If you have a Uniden or Gre, you could try close call or signal stalker.

Try 465.6125. You will have to be close to hear anything. A few Nass depts use as fire ground with different dpl / ctcss tones so if you can lock out the tones below, it might help your search. Hewlett is licensed for the freq and it's the only Uhf licensed to them.

I’m not looking for their Fireground. I’m looking for the frequency that the tones go off on

These are all the Freqs listed for Hewlett FD. I do know they simulcast their activations on 46.10 and 453.325
465.6125 is prob their fire-ground (non-repeated)

I'm surprised in this day & age that they don't have a UHF Repeated freq for Ops and remain on low band. Everyone else for the most part is on UHF.

They do have UHF channels, but they also still use lowband. 46.10 is the countywide fire dispatch.

Not saying they don't use the Counties uhf, but they, they Hewlett Fire Dist, only have 1 uhf freq licensed to them.

@Tank67...

So besides the UHF freq I listed that is licensed to Hewlett FD, which other UHF freq are you referring to?

460.5375 is a common channel that can be used, most likely as a non-repeated fire-ground. But unless you have first hand knowledge that Hewlett FD uses this, don't assume that they do.

I'm sure Hewlett has access to talk on 3rd Batt Ops-1 and Ops-2, but those channels are used by FD's who're dispatched by Long Beach FD (Inwood, Woodmere, Lawrence-Cedarhurst etc.)

I believe you it’s just that I’ve never heard their tones go out on that frequency. I’ve monitored it for days and haven’t heard anything.
