Try 460.1375 (radioref says this is soon to be C/W Paging)

---or 3rd Batt Alert (used by LCFD, IFD, WFD) 453.1625

Or maybe they went to their own UHF freq for paging?

Use the 3rd batt alert freq. I programmed a bunch of pagers for the 3rd batt departments and I am 99% sure Hewlett went there. I'll have to crack open a few programming files to verify.

Atlantic Beach Rescue is now dispatched by Long Beach FD on the third battalion west alert and operations frequencies. As far as Hewlett goes im not sure. I know they are not dispatched on the third battalion frequencies.

Do you know any working Frequencies for 5th/8th battalion departments? I hear the departments tone out on 46.10 but never anything else after the tones

Here is where I was asked to throw in Hewlett's tones on a pager I did for the 3rd battalion last May:

453.875 - NC UHF Dispatch
453.6875 - 3rd Battalion Ops
453.1625 - 3rd Battalion Alert
453.325 - NC UHF Dispatch 2

See if you hear Hewlett on one of those and then submit an update to the RRDB so we can adjust Hewlett's dispatch frequency.
Thanks

So then Hewlett is paging on one of those 3 paging channels, prob 2. Keep in mind the Min 6 pagers can silent scan & alert on 2 freqs at once. So my guess is Hewlett is scanning prob 1 freq they can self activate on, and another that Firecom can back them up on.

That's what my Dept did. I'm in Suffolk. We have our own dispatcher and we're not permitted to use the new Firecom UHF paging freq. Our pagers are set to scan and activate on our own UHF & Firecom's West paging freq for backup. Firecom has the ability now to send out 1 tone to activate the entire county, or 1 tone to activate a particular township.

This is happening a lot now in Nassau as well. Departments are self dispatched on their own frequency and can also be dispatched on Firecom's new UHF. Only Firecom can dispatch on their frequency so pagers now need to monitor both the Self Dispatch and Countywide dispatch frequencies.

We also just purchased some Icom portables/pagers. Pretty cool. It can page, talk and scan if you're out buffing. Not rated for fire duty, but good for the officers, boat operators going to dock, Emt's coming to Hq and Fire-Police to talk. Regular members can't transmit, only paging and scan. Transmit at 5 watts, receives well and seems durable. In order to get around toning out on multiple freqs, we has to create a paging scan list, so it activate on multiple freqs.
