HF ACARS or not?

I've been receiving this signal in West Australia on 8785 and was wondering if it could be another form of HF Acars or maritime.

Two files have been uploaded, one is 8927.zip and is a HF Acars signal. The other, 8785.zip, any ideas on this one?

HF ACARS can be found on very specific frequencies and doesn't wander. 8785 is clearly something else.

A very quick search of the UDXF logs suggest it might be Gyogyo Radio (Jap fisheries) Japan. But that is just speculation....Mike
