other than the ICOM R-X handheld receivers are there any scanners here or in Europe capable of scanning HF frequencies?? are we talking about true HF….1.8-30mhz? or is the OP referring to the VHF-Low band, 30-50mhz?

Lots of Yupiteru and other handheld receivers in EU that can receive HF.
