HF loops in an orthogonal plane question

Is there any reasonably priced commercial product involving two HF loops in an orthogonal plane, with the associated controller? Such a combo can be seen eg. on two YT vids. Unfortunately, the author does not reply to inquiries.

I think that currently only Reuter makes such a device for enthusiasts under the nomenclature of RLA4. Is that antenna the only option at present?

The Reuter RLA4 is very nice. I control it with my RDR52 receiver, where the heading/nulling can be saved for each memory.
