HF Radar out of Camp Pendleton?

Caught this on 25800 kHz this morning, and wondering if it's this:
HF-RADAR Information for: SDCP

This page lists that freq as "short-range" CODAR

Two questions, what time was it and was there any noticable 11 meter activity at the time? It could be Camp Pendelton, but it also could the unit out of DE.

1659z and no 11m activity "out of the normal" for this area at that time of day

No telling which one it was then, either would be possible. If you hear it again you might take a quick gander at the 11 M traffic and notice if there is any from the west coast or if it is all from the east. Naturally, that is not a for sure way to tell but at 1700z I would tend to think east coast would be more likely than west coast and if you are hearing 11 M out of either the DE area or out of the San Diego area that might be a strong inidcator.
