Has anyone up north listened to Hib Tac at all? I'm going to be in the area and was looking for any info from listeners. I found a few FCC entries but that's about it. Would be nice to know if they're analog or digital. I don't know how to figure that part out on the FCC listings. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

once you're in the FCC database, click on frequencies...that tells you the freq...over to the right is emissions tab. You have to put the designator into GOOGLE to decipher it. I'm not up on my emission types as I should be.

Seems to be licensed for analog or DMR conventional. Could be either. You would need a scanner or SDR that decodes DMR.


Also, FYI, US Steel is in Mountain Iron on a NXDN system
