Hickory EDACS

Anyone who monitors the Hickory EDACS system needs to "reband".

Swap out the LCN 5 frequency 860.9375 with 856.6375.

The city opted to move that channel under Sprint/Nextel agreement.

Still using standard EDACS protocol at this time.

I have also received word from a reliable source that
Hickory's transition over to Opensky should be completed
by the summertime (June/July).

Is it just me or does the sound quality on LCN 5 horrible?

I may not have something set right but the other LCNs are fine but 5 is terrible.
