Hickory P.D. encrypted again?

Was monitoring Hickory PD the other night for quite some time,did'nt hear any traffic at all,anyone know if they went back to an encrypted system again?

They're back up and running. Dispatch audio sounds better. Noted a change in dispatch radio ID's. Probably just gave the Opensky system one last kiss before relegating it to the trash bin of history.

Resurrecting this thread......after months of monitoring HPD, they've disappeared again. Last time I heard anything from them was three months ago, just a brief blurb from an Edward Unit with dispatch answering. Anyone else lost them? I'm running an SDS 100 using the data from Sentinel.
I pick up three bars on their three frequencies but no voice traffic
