High speed chase II

There was a second CSP chase yesterday up in 6B around 11 AM. The troopers were chasing a Dodge Challenger with a temp plate up near Black Hawk. Went back and forth a couple times, then down 70 the wrong way to the Morrison area, then up to Chief Hosa (in the proper lanes, I think.) They found the vehicle near the campground, no driver. They were still searching for the driver when I had to give up listening around 1330. Jeffco and several local depts assisted. The vehicle was possibly a "prize" to be placed in a new casino being built in BH or CC.
There were '8C2x" units sent from the academy, also... who are they? Academy cadets?

those would be Haz-mat.....their office is in the Academy

Ah, OK, thanks. They must've been off the road for a while... noticeable difference in radio "style."
