There is a lot of construction, etc in Illinois adding additional track, moving roads, right-of-way improvements, etc.
High Speed Rail from St Louis MO to Chicago is supposed to be completed by end of 2017.
In many places they are replacing track, adding additional tracks or sidings (for freight to stand by on while AMTRAK passes, etc.
Some places roads are being realigned to make a better road crossing or for the additional track.
Anyway, wondering if anyone knows if there are particular frequencies used in these cases.
