I called some one that I know from highland fire, and I did some research ond Daves site..the ID 847 (06-097), From what I'm told FD uses this to talk to PD.

Highland FD USED TO have a talkgroup on NYCOMCO's EDACS system off Illinois. The talkgroup was 06-097 and was mostly used by their officers. They now have a talkgroup off NYCOMCO's LTR system off Illinois...which is UHF vs, 800. The talkgroup is 0-01-194. Gardiner, Modena and New Paltz also have talkgroups off the same system.

They are still dispatched on low band and call out to the county on low band.

As eGod posted they are active on VHF L , UHF Ltr and 800 EDACS. They still use 46.440 for some Officer comms but they switch back and forth for longer distant comms between the LTR system and the 800 EDACS. The main ops are still conducted on low band.
