Highland Park PD has their own dispatch, while the FD is dispatched by Detroit FD on the Detroit FD dispatch talkgroup. Both are on the Detroit Simulcast of the statewide MPSCS system. Any scanner capable of APCO25 digital trunking will get the job done. However there is no online feed for the PD. Obviously the FD can be heard on the Detroit FD feed.
