I have monitored for 2 days now (during waking hours) and it does not appear that the Starcom 21 talk group listed (7914) is receiving the multicast from 155.5275 at this time. I'm told by RR admin that it will be coming but as of now that's not the case. They've had 9 calls between yesterday and none of those came out the Starcom TG. Just an FYI for anyone else that is hoping to get it on Starcom. (Like I am).

I can confirm at least one broadcast has now come out over TG 7914 on SC21, for the Highland-Pierron FD dispatch. At this time they seem to be also testing, I'm hearing some "how do you copy" transmissions.

EMCAD EMS, Highland-Pierron Fire, Highland Fire, Highland EMS, and St. Jacob Fire are dispatched on "north dispatch" / 7914. Curious if that name should be "East" but I haven't heard it called that yet.

Probably should be but you know....I was told other agencies were going to be on there also so we'll see. I've not heard Highland dispatched today yet so can't confirm today but I know yesterday, every call that went out the analog frequency came out TG 7914. Friday that was not the case, or at least some calls did not make out on 7914. On my scanner and Unications for now I named it "Highland fire" as I've not heard anything else come across yet. I may have to re-name it if others start using it too. I don't honestly know what they're going to call it in the RR database, I guess that depends on who's going to all end up on there.

Edit: it appears they were on overnight and prior to me starting to listen this morning, so I guess maybe they've actually got it up and running full time now.

Haha I only know what I’ve been hearing which is what sounds like you are noticing the same thing. Those agencies I was hearing off and on since last month.

This morning nothing is coming over North dispatch and only the highland pierron repeater. Last transmission I caught on north was last night around 1830. I don’t recall any of those agencies or even Madco dispatch actually keying up the north talkgroup (no RID) which to me would indicate that those radios aren’t actually on STARCOM yet. Pretty common practice to do that until they can get everyone online and then they kill the patch or might leave it for paging and mutual aid.
