Highlands County

Looking at Highlands County in the database it shows that all fire communications is done on the Polk County P25 system, can anybody confirm that all communications are done on the P25 system and not the UHF system that Highlands County installed 5 years ago? Secondly is Sheriff Communications and Sebring PD communication still done on the UHF system or are they on the P25 System through Polk County as well?

Pretty sure all public safety is on the P25 system. I believe FR is clear, but I know that LE is encrypted.
