I have 159.210 as being listed to the ADPS as a "Detail" channel. My guess is that is a "special" tactical channel for any special details (Talladega races, etc.) but could be used for just about anything as well as a car-to-car frequency. The date I show on my files as to when that info was updated is 10/18/2009 so it should be fairly current.

Scanrfan, Yu are correct, some just call it something different. Spec ops can also mean a detail etc... I also have it programmed that way

159.2100 was used by Lawrence County SO as a TAC channel when I lived in that area, they called it channel 4 or 7, cant remember which. As for a Statewide EDACS system, it was never completed.

It was channel 4 but they dont seen to use it now. If something has to be said now they use cellphones.
