Having family that attends, I am trying to figure out the following? As you can see, this list is ambiguous at best. Can any of you give me a better idea of WHO is on WHICH of these frequencies? My guess is the first one is buses, but I am not even sure about that? It also appears some of these may just be repeater inputs...?

464.7000 HILLIARD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT 110FB2 IG
469.7000 HILLIARD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT 25MO IG
451.2375 HILLIARD CITY SCHOOLS 2MO IG

The first entry is the repeater output and the second entry is the repeater input. The rest of the entries appear to be simplex frequencies. If you look up the FCC license it may show the area of operation for each frequency which may help you identify which school each frequency may be affiliated with.

An excellent idea. And a complete bust. See below.

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WQDC459 - HILLIARD CITY SCHOOLS - Frequencies Summary

They're all licensed for mobile, no base stations, so my guess is they use them in and around school facilities, close range only. They're also licensed for digital using the emission code typical for MotoTRBO, so that's a possibility as well.

You'll have to be pretty close to hear them, but Friday nights during a football game might be a good time to try.
