Monitor the west site.
Busch Blvd divides TPD sectors C and D, so I would monitor C Main and D Main. TFR dispatch channel is 1 Control and 2 North is the tac channel.
The county isn't too far from Busch Gardens either. I would also monitor HCSO D1 Main. Also HCFR Dispatch and even Tac channels.
Temple Terrace is on their own conventional system and is encrypted sometimes, but you might as well plug in them in too.
Beware it's against the law to use a scanner in the car unless you're a HAM. Enjoy the area.
