Hillsborough County: Possible New Trunked System Found (Enc) ; Update: Only New Moffitt Frequency

I got a hit on search mode on my BCD436HP on 461.9875, which isnt in the DB for HC.
So, then I plugged it into DSDPlus, where I am currently waiting to see if I can hear anything or get more info, however it appears it is fully encypted.
If this is true, though, it appears a whole system with at least 3 other neighbor sites exists that isnt in the database.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Checked their other frequencies and Im seeing the same info, so it looks like thats what it is.
Didnt realize they were encrypted, thats strange.
