Do the mentioned schools match up with the district in question? If yes and they continue to operate on P25 (not using it as a fallback) then it'd be safe to assume the DMR system is deprecated. But personally I'd wait to see if control data stops from the DMR system before knowing for sure, though some agencies are known to leave systems online until or beyond expiry

All the 17XXX TGID's on P25 are Hillsborough Co Schools TGs. Trying to ID them. I don't think they're the same order as the DMR system.

I haven't monitored in a while, but that DMR school bus system is absolutely slammin' busy in the mornings. If there's suddenly little or no activity, then something's going on. "Area 1" is something you could normally hear on the DMR system. I wish I had time to monitor the P25 during school mornings but I'm at work.

I tried listening Monday afternoon and didn't hear the DMR system at all, but that's when I heard the 17xxx talkgroup on the P25 system mention Tomlin Middle needing a bus to pick up 25 students.

Lots over over the air training for drivers, including "don't push the red button unless its an emergency".
