I have noticed dead air on the feed for the fire department, and seen the edispatchs website that has same thing for diffrent feeds across the nation.
My question is if i was to set a feed up the same feed but have audio also will it be an issue?

They usually don't approve identical feeds. If you eliminate or add a frequency, channel, or agency not on the other feed you should be approved.
