HISD Police - Changed

Can anyone else monitor the HISD police radio traffic? I believe it Phase2 and I use to be able to monitor them up until 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know if they changed their information?

I'm hearing them (patrol and campus channels) on Phase 1 on the Harris County Simulcast Site. The traffic activity is low, so it could be because of MDT and cell phone activity.
