I have several questions of the codes in the History Grid.txt file columns.

Under the Frequency column. What is the meaning of the frequencies that have a /1 or /2 after the frequencies?

Under the Tone column. What is the meaning of these codes, CC 1, CC 2, R 1, CC 12 , D 271, C 210.7?

Under the Digital column. What is the meaning of these codes, NX4, Enc, CON, CAP, DMR, IDS?
