Hockey Puck Antenna

I have a question about those hockey puck antennas...does anyone know if they work for all bands or just certain bands? If so which bands do they work on?

AFAIK, they're band specific, and with a fairly narrow bandwidth at that. If you're looking for something like an all band scanner type "hockey puck" antenna, I don't think they make them.

Our "hockey puck" shaped antennas are used for GPS. Otherwise there are similar antennas with various shapes that are as previously noted band specific, witin a narrow range.

Not sure about hockey puck antenna but my teaspoon Antennex antenna works great as a 800Mhz antenna for FCCA here in Columbus.

UHF, 800 and GPS,

I would guess they suck as scanner antennas.
