HOLD flashing on 346 while scanning

HOLD is flashing on my 346 while scanning TRS and convent... When I push HOLD it stays on the channel and HOLD does not flash. The radio just started doing this. Guess it is time to send it back to Uniden.

I reset the scanner and put the systems back in and it works fine now.. The HOLD should only come on when you press hold to stay on a id... Not flash while scanning.

When HOLD is flashing, you are holding on a system. That is done by a long press on the hold button. Another long press turns it off.

Next time please take the time to at least look at the link in my post....Like DDan says it is a feature of the scanner...resetting the scanner and putting the systems back in did nothing for you because system hold is a feature of the radio itself...

But what do I know?
