"HOLD" Question

Hello,

Basic question, but want to be sure that I'm not, as usual, missing
something.

When scanning the Full DB (or also for a FL I imagine), and the scanner stops on a freq., is the "best"
way to HOLD on it to press soft key (the ones under the display) No. 3 ?

If not, do I have to quickly read the display to see if a Site, Department, etc. ?

What other way to Hold on it are available ? Pros and cons ?

A quick explanation of this would be appreciated.

You got it Bob. That key is the Channel Hold key.

There’s really no other way to “Hold” on a channel as BOBRR said other than using the Priority options...
