When I'm monitoring a TRS with multiple sites, the scanner will pause on a decodeable signal from a site but then about two seconds later, it will resume site scan and pause again on the next decodable signal. I know that I can delete the other site(s) if I'm scanning from my FL and that there is a "Site Hold" but can I have it stop/hold on that site until it becomes undecodable, make the pause longer than two seconds or have a site priority as you find in a commercial radio?

Is there a way that I can take my "replay" recordings and save them as if I was recording? Lastly, if I get a close call hit, is there a quick way to save that to my FL as the same way as if I was entering a frequency directly?

Thanks

1. No, but you can set your location and then range to 0. It will limit sites to those with only overlapping coverage. You can also tweak the site location/range to limit multi-site scanning. If a site is enabled and in range, it will be checked in cycle with other enabled/in-range sites.

2. Yes. Press RECORD (that will save the current replay buffer to the started record session).

3. When you get the CC hit, press the ENTER button. You will then have various options. I'm not sure how 'quick' you would think that is.

Upman,

Thank you for your quick response. Would you have an answer to my third question about CC?

Thank you Voyager for replying to my third question. What I meant about "quick" was more of a shortcut. Before, I would have to write down the frequency from CC and then keypad that into my FL. Now, that saves me an extra step and is "quicker".
